CEO KIDZ: Start, Grow & Scale is a 9-week business curriculum designed to teach students in grades 6–12 how to think like entrepreneurs. The program empowers youth to explore their strengths, create a business idea, and learn the fundamentals of launching and growing a venture. She is the founder of CEO KIDZ, a youth entrepreneurship brand that teaches kids and teens how to build, brand, and believe in their own businesses. With years of experience in marketing, media production, and curriculum design, Kay’s mission is to help young people turn ideas into income.
